• Advance payment is required for all customized and bulk orders.

• Order confirmation will be considered final after approval by the customer.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, and delivery location.

• Customers are requested to verify all measurements, designs, colors, and specifications before final confirmation.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or wood grain may occur due to manufacturing processes and material availability.

• Any damages or issues during transportation must be reported immediately upon delivery.

• Products once delivered and accepted by the customer will not be eligible for return unless covered under a specific warranty.

• CNC Cutting Services, design charges, and custom manufacturing charges are non-refundable.

• Warranty, if applicable, will be provided according to the specific product category and manufacturer policy.

• Shaurya Furniture reserves the right to modify products, pricing, and service terms at any time without prior notice.

• Any disputes arising from orders or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Refund Policy

• Advance payments made for customized furniture orders are non-refundable once production has started.

• No refund will be provided after successful delivery and installation of products.

• Refund requests, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed according to company policy.
